Your contact information is only shared with your chosen company after the job is confirmed and payment is completed. No personal information is shared during the quote phase.

How does payment work?

You can make secure payments through the platform. Your payment is not released to the company until the job is completed. Refund guarantee is available.

How does emergency service work?

When you press the emergency button, nearby available companies are instantly notified. We guarantee matching with at least one company within 15 minutes.

How are companies verified?

All companies go through document verification, reference checks, and past work quality assessment. Continuous performance monitoring is in place.

Terms governing the use of the E-Connect24 app and its related services.

1. Scope and provider

These terms of use govern the use of the mobile application "E-Connect24" (the "App") and its related services. The provider is:

By registering or using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of services

E-Connect24 is an intermediary platform connecting customers with certified electrical contractors ("electricians"). Customers can create job requests; registered and verified electricians can submit quotes.

The contract for carrying out the electrical work is concluded exclusively between the customer and the electrician. The provider is not a party to these contracts and gives no warranty as to their performance, quality, or legality.

3. Registration and accounts

Customers register using a Google or Apple account.
Electricians register with an email address and password and undergo a verification process (including review of their trade licence and, where applicable, master craftsman certificate).
You are obliged to provide truthful information and to keep your credentials confidential.
There is no entitlement to registration or activation. The provider may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.

4. User obligations

Creating false or misleading job requests or quotes is prohibited.
Circumventing the platform by exchanging contact details in messages before a quote is accepted is not permitted; such content may be filtered automatically.
Unlawful, abusive, or harassing content is prohibited.
Electricians warrant that they hold the qualifications, permits, and insurance required for the work they offer.

5. Subscriptions for electricians (in-app purchases)

Paid subscriptions are available to electricians and extend the range of features (e.g. unlimited quotes). The prices displayed in the App at the time of purchase apply.

Basic (free): limited number of quotes per month.
Pro / Master (paid): scope as described in the App.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Purchase and processing take place via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancellation and management take place in your account settings with the respective store. The store operator's terms apply to withdrawal and refunds.
If a subscription is not renewed, the account automatically reverts to the free Basic plan; no further costs are incurred.

6. Licence

The provider grants you a simple, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for your own purposes on your devices. Decompiling, reproducing, or redistributing the App beyond the limits permitted by law is prohibited.

7. Availability

The provider endeavours to maintain high availability of the App but does not guarantee it. Maintenance, further development, or faults may lead to temporary restrictions.

8. Liability

The provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, the provider is liable only for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Liability for the services of the electricians introduced through the platform is excluded; any claims arising from these are directed exclusively against the respective electrician.

9. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account at any time in the App ("Delete account") or by email to info@econnect24.de. Active paid subscriptions must additionally be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not automatically end a store subscription.

10. Changes to these terms

The provider may amend these terms with effect for the future, insofar as this is reasonable for users. Users will be informed of material changes in the App. If the user does not object within 30 days, the changes are deemed accepted; this will be pointed out in the notification.

11. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

Note for Apple users: Apple's standard EULA (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) applies in addition, insofar as these terms do not provide otherwise.
